You may be right! I have 6 people out of state..Virginia and Texas.. Have a lot more in state! I know right now I will have in state wagers on the burgh... And looking at this from a book view I think Pittsburgh rolls! Why because the line moved way to much.. Then again Ben is out and did the public jump for the wrong reason.. If I can get the Steelers at home + points I will do it all day long. I need to start a thread of fades on my guys as they sucked last year and as a thread of their plays probably coulees make some cash on here..bad thing is they send plays in late. I will try to do that as in giving my guys plays out as they don't do real well..

if you can get anyones plays all year long then that is a plus.Every player goes through streaks and when they are hitting they cant lose and when they are losing they couldnot throw a beachball in the ocean.I always respect people posting thier plays for that reason so if you could help provide us with even more info it can only help

I will Jerry sometimes it gets hairy.. All my guys had Navy today and it was pretty much split on Boise and vt. I will post them 30 minutes before game time when I can

College did well for me last year pros not so much which is good. I dont need to make a killing.. Just want to win more than I lose and cut my loser losses!

i hear ya do u use an out or do u just cross your fingers and gamble.for instance if everyone is on one team do u just gamble with it or do u have an out where you can call and play the other side in case u have to pay everyone u won the bet with your out

I have a push off guy. I take on what I can handle and if it gets to big I push off. I still like to play on my own and sometimes I wish I didn't. I got started in this 20 years ago because my friends wanted to wager.. I turned everything in and they lost on a regular basis. I thought fk this shit why turn it in and do this for free.. Kind of branched off and now I got about 15 guys. I don't take 500 dollar bettors..been there done that where I got ran on. I like my 20 dollar to 100 bettors.. Really never gets out of control and with 15 guys it is a good investment. If they didn't go through me they would find someone else. I know a lot of people don't like locals. But oh well where else can you wager. My guys don't want to deal with online stuff. I copy and paste the lines and send it out. They email me back with the plays..never have to pick up the phone on most occasions.. Some guys txt.. Real ez.. Are you thinking about doing it? Hey I got some guys that are sharp but most guys not so sharp..they bet every game over and most favorites..that is not sharp!

no buddy i have done that before back about 15 years ago and i got tired of having to be by the phone back then.Me and a buddy went in together for about 3 years and we made $$$$$ every year.WHAT SUCKED WAS BACK THEN NO ONE HAD CELL PHONES SO WE ALL HAD PAGERS AND EVERYONE WOULD CALL MY PAGER LEAVE A NUMBER THEN I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO PAY PHONE PAY THE .35 CENTS THEN WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN.WE WOULD GO TO HOOTERS PUT THE PAGERS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TABLE AND BE THERE ALL DAY.HELL WHATEVER WE DID WIN WE DRANK UP AND USED UP WITH THE PAY PHONE.IT SEEMED TO ME LIKE YOUR ENTIRE WEEKEND IS WASTED WHEN YOU BOOK GAMES.MAIN REASON I DONT DO IT NOW IS ID RATHER PLAY MY OWN GAMES AND GAMBLE RATHER THAN LET OTHERS PLAY AND GAMBLE.BUT IF I HAD 30 GUYS ALL ON 1 SIDE HAPPENS ALOT ON A SATURDAY NIGHT OR MONDAY NIGHT GAME HELL WE HAD A GUY WE COULD CALL SO WE DID NOT GO BUST ON 1 GAME

Yep you have bad weeks but I have never had a day or week where I said I need to get out of this. These guys either were taking huge bets or didn't have a big enough bankroll..
People lose you know that.,. All you need is about 10000 in the bank and obviously have some nuts to do it as it does get stressful. Also a push off guy that if you get more than 500 on any game you push off too.. I don't know I have done this for awhile..had to quit when I had my accident but if I didn't have this I really would be poor.. Sounds crazy but it's true...I won close to 700 this weekend... Not bad for having 15 guys.betting some shit on my own and truthfully I got smoked Thursday and Friday..over the course of the year if I can make 700 a week.. Which I won't... I would be happy..I made close to 11000 grand last year clear... One guy...yes one guy was down over 7 grand.. It don't take much.. Hey it's the chance you take.. Could they win...absolutely.. I just hate how locals get a bad rap.. I guess if you don't like locals open an online account..then it will be I hate online accounts...lol..not saying you don't like locals buddy just see that on here a lot and I would have to imagine coz some asshole burned them..

Im with you bout locals, ive dealt with 3 myself and havent had many issues if any at all...this year I became one myself.

But Im not doing the phone, texting or email, I opened up a price per head account online, its basically just like an online sportsbook, my guys make thier wagers online or call a toll free 1800 number and all i have to do is pay a weekly fee per player...I do settle up with them locally. And the way I do that is hook up with them every 2 weeks at a local watering hole, I hang out at this joint from 5-10pm and I pick up all the beer for the 1st 2 hours...been at it for a month and a half now, so far so good, although I do have a guy thats been dodging me the past 2 weeks...I have 27 accounts open and 17 active players, the other 10 are waiting on NFL reg season to kick off...I will also try to post plays if Im heavy one way and I get a chance to get online...

Makes sense O! My guy set me up with an account with bookmaker. He gives me an account and from what he told me he splits with the offshore account 50-50. So he has about 40 guys..gives them x amount a week to wager with..normally it is a grand. Then he splits with the offshore account.

Now you got dick head locals like me that use him as a push off guy.. That is a good set up for me..I use his credit line and never have to deposit anything. I can get the lines for everything..copy and paste etc.. I just set my guys up by saying the easiest way to do this is through email...like I said I got a few guys that text and say I need this or that... It is nice to copy and paste this crap though.. It simplifies things and no one ever accuses you of giving a shit line.. I always say you don't need to cheat to win so I always give out what I got on a game..good luck ogarza!

iknow this sounds crazy but some guys would be better off just doing a coin flip for everygame it looks like.If both of you have already won 5,000.00 each and we are only a couple weeks in wow a coin flip would win 50% of the time on probability alone.

A 50-50 split sounds like quite a bit, but I guess if it works for him thats cool...my whole thing with setting it up like this was to keep the old lady happy, having her, a 5 yr old and a 2 yr old...I dont have the time to be updating lines, answering texts and emails all weekend, so this works out for me...as of now with the guys I got betting it costs me bout $175 a week for this book to handle the entire operation and with what my guys are losing weekly thus far, its a hell of a deal...the smartest thing im doing is putting all the winnings aside, I know that week is coming when they are going to hit me up good, so Ill be ready.

I don't think he pays the per man charge. A 50-50 split isn't bad IMO. He doesn't have to do any work and if he loses he only loses half of the total amount. With 40 guys he really doesn't need to be greedy! I think he has a sweet deal going on. The guy has several horses at the track meadowlands pa so he is doing something right as this is his bread and butter
