Falcons/Steelers Line Help?

Falcons only getting 2.5 in Pitt next Sunday. Pitt has no quarterback; Falcons have their full arsenal. Why does this line look so funny? Shouldn't the Falcons be giving up more than 2.5? Thoughts welcomed.

falcons are -2.5 on the road.

you dont see alot of road favorites in the nfl i think they move the line 4-5 points for having home field advantage.I agree the line is begging you to take Atlanta so u know what that usually means

As a falcon fan i would rather byron leftwich be at qb for pitt than dennis dixon.with leftwich you know what you are getting.you are getting a qb that might not get nervous about the pocket closing as much as a young qb in dixon would but here is where dixon might hurt atlanta more.leftwich holds on to the ball longer than any qb in nfl history.the atlanta defense would get at least 3-4 sacks against leftwich against dixon when the pocket closes he is going to scramble which will hurt the falcons more than a guy like leftwich that would hold on to the ball and take a sack.

Dixon hasn't looked good at all Pre-season. My guess is that Falcons either win big or lose straight up

steelers still have a great defense and they will use mendenhall alot in this game.i look for a low scoring game of field position in the game.its good how 2 guys can look at 1 game and see 2 different points of views.i see the falcons winning with a late fg in a very close low scoring game.steelers still have weapons on the offensive side like ward and randal el.they have a nice te in heath miller that will get alot more dump off passes since dixon is in there.good luck and lets go falcons hearing from alot of media they are picking atlanta to go to the superbowl

Pitt can run the ball and has a good D. Atlanta will try to run as well, I like the UNDER and the game being decided by a field goal

Public will def. be all over Falcons. For that reason, I will lay-off this game. Hope Falcons know something Vegas does not.

You may be right! I have 6 people out of state..Virginia and Texas.. Have a lot more in state! I know right now I will have in state wagers on the burgh... And looking at this from a book view I think Pittsburgh rolls! Why because the line moved way to much.. Then again Ben is out and did the public jump for the wrong reason.. If I can get the Steelers at home + points I will do it all day long. I need to start a thread of fades on my guys as they sucked last year and as a thread of their plays probably coulees make some cash on here..bad thing is they send plays in late. I will try to do that as in giving my guys plays out as they don't do real well..
