  • Tim Huson for Cy Young ? Baseball's Most Underrated Pitcher

WHY NOT TIM HUDSON FOR CY YOUNG ?

WE ALL HERE ABOUT UBALDO , HALLADAY , JOSH JOHNSON, WAIINWRIGHT , LINCECUM

    HUDSON IS 15-5 WITH A 2.49 ERA

HIS ERA IS THE 2ND BEST IN BASEBALL AND BETTER THAN THE GUYS MENTIONED ABOVe

NEVER HAVE I SEEN A GUY FLY UNDER THE RADAR AS HUDSON HAS THIS YEAR.

NO ONE TALKS ABOUT HIM..WELL NOT AS MUCH AS THE OTHERS AND NOT AS MUCH AS THE SHOULD

Same shit the radio is saying here in Atlanta. Battled back from Tommy John surgery and looks as good as anyone in baseball

I'll tell you who is even less talked about than Hudson is Matt Latos for the Pads. He is 13-5 witha 2.25 ERA to Hudson's 2.24. He has a far better WHIP than Hudson 0.98 to 1.09. He has more than striekout per inning where Hudson has a very weak strikeout rate.

Very tight Cy Young race this year as a very good argument can be made for Wainrwright, Hudson, Halladay, Johnson, and Latos with Ubaldo and Carpenter just a step down.

Thats funny you put this up as a post because yesterday I had Latos and Jimenez who r on my fantasy team both pitch great and get a loss or nd . So I started looking at the stats of everyone and in less Hudson gets a few more losses and finishes 17-7 or so and Jimenez gets to 20-6 Hudson with his era has to be the winner and in the AL its either Buckholtz or CC.

Hudson has allowed more than 4 runs only ONE time all season long, in 24 starts

Latos ...21 straight starts allowing 3 ER or less...and only 1 of those starts did he give up 3 runs

He is a rookie and will mostly likely be shut down soon
He has no chance... not because he dosent deserve to be mentioned..he does... but because he is a rookie and wont come close to the innings pitched

Latos could have even better numbers than he has and they wouldnt consider him for the Cy Young. They would rather give it to a vereran.
I think thats bullshit.. but its not my fault
