As some of you guys may know by now Kaptain and I are at Fat Tuesday's visiting JT4545.

Now, I have 2 surprises for you guys ....

Kaptain and I had lunch with JT then returned to Fat Tuesdays for supper. Well, take a guess who showed up ....

We had an awesome time just sitting back, having a great supper, and laughing our heads off!!!!

Spark has to get back to the windy city, so we will finish up our visit with coffee in the morning with JT.

Believe me guys, I am not just saying this for JT. This man has his shit together when it comes to flavor and cooking!!!

This was an awesome 2 days with some of the best people I know. Really, all a person would ever need in life is three friend just like Spark, Kaptain, and JT & you would have it made! Oh, and JT's family ... OMG ... AWESOME!!!
