St, Louis, Mo. - Rams Advise

Hi Gang,

My sister and Brother-In-Law are making a quick trip to St. Louis to catch a Rams practice and Rams pre-season game. The practice is on August 12 from 2:00-4:00 pm. The game is on August 14.

My sister had a few questions for me, but I told her where I can get answers ... From you guys. Here is some stuff she would like to know ...

1) A decent hotel, not too expensive, in a "good" area of town.

2) Restaurants and Nightclubs in the area.

3) Things to do and must see.

4) Places the players may hang out so they can get photos and autographs.

5) She said there will be no "official" autograph signing at the practice, but I know some players do sign them there. Any good area to be standing at in the practice field/facility to get them?

My sister will do an internet search for hotels/restaurants, but any advise or reviews from anyone who has stayed there is appreciated

Jimmy, is there anybody on the Rams worthy of an autograph? All kidding aside though jimmy, find peave and I bet he could help you. He is a St Louis Cardinals season ticket holder and I'm sure he knows the area well.

Do the rams still have traing camp in illinois? I think they used to be a t western illinois university. If they stii are I can ask a couple buddies of mine about spots they played college football for the leathernecks

Jimmy, Got wayne's email. Work in that area of Rams Park and can help out with some places. Although, don't hang out in the night clubs much LOL. Do know some local places for you. Have Wayne give you my email. And will try to help out
