The Guy is a cold blooded killer on the court. I know many people hate the guy but he is just so damn good. As a Celtics fan i'm scared shitless because i'm not so sure they can win game 6 or 7 in LA. I know they are (2-1) there this season but Kobe will play out of his mind to win these games.

I know they say he needs to get others involved but seriously, who would you rather have shooting the ball than Kobe? I know Lebron is considered the best player in the League but man, Kobe just takes it to a level Lebron never seems to reach in the postseason.

As much as i hate seeing him light it up, it is hard not to enjoy him as a player who has a sick knack for winning!

He is as close to a Jordan as we have seen

Only problem is, Kobe is going to get his 40 but he needs another 60 to win most nba games.Other Lakers ain't got another 60 when the playoffs are on the line IMO.

I couldn't stand him for the longest time...no doubt the guys great but i just didn't like him. All of a sudden something flipped a couple years ago....(I think it was everyone drooling over lebron) and i actually started liking him, because it was kind of that year that everyone said who would you rather have lebron or kobe.

Now i feel the same way about lebron as i did about kobe...no doubt the dude is great but like you said wayne if i'm in a game i NEED to win, last shot to win the championship and both of them are on my team, I'm giving the ball to kobe 99 % of the time.

Honestly i don't know jack about basketball though. LOL

Lebron can take over a game with the best of them but Kobe just produces when the game is on the line more than anyone ever besides Jordan.They will all go down as the few "greatest" but no one will ever top Jordan and Kobe is getting close to being second of all time greatest in my book

90% of people out there who don't follow basketball but they still know Jordan,Lebron and Kobe.Throw in Bird,Magic and a few others and it makes for a great argument of the BEST. IMO Kobe can win 5 more championships and he still won't be Jordan.That might not be fair but thats how I feel.I watched Jordan break hearts day after day with no time on the clock.He is the greatest of all time and no one will ever change my mind.BUT like I said before,Kobe is as close as I have ever seen to Jordan

I feel the same exact way vols. I'm a UNC hoops fan today because of 1 thing, Michael Jordan. Been a fan of the Tar Heels for almost 30 years now. In my book there will never ever be another Jordan. No doubt Kobe is right there in 2nd behind him though, for me anyway. Magic would be 3rd and probably Bird 4th.
