Interesting Stat---Take it for what its worth

Just cane across an interesting stat. What do these teams have in common:

2008 tournament:

Western Ky.
San Diego
Xavier
Tennessee

2009 Tournament:

Siena
Wisconsin

2010 Tournament:

BYU
Villanova
Wake Forest
Purdue

Each won an overtime game in the tournament and proceeded to lose the next game they played. The only exception was in 2008 when W.Ky. won their next game following their OT win. What's weird is the team they played in their next game was San Diego who also played an OT game. So while W.Ky. won their next game San Diego lost.

Since K. State went OT to beat Xavier I guess Butler would be the play. Take it for what its worth.
