Now That Football Season is Over...

Always hate this time of year.....

Who's looking forward to April and Baseball?

Last year I really was, but baseball is just not as exciting after the first couple weeks and really bores quick. But am hoping I can make some good $$.

More so, looking forward to March Madness. But have been getting taken to the cleaners lately in NCAA.

i use to take a bunch of games everynight also mavs. I'll just tell you what seems to work for me...first off we agree on baseball...boring.

I follow a certain HOOP POD every day since the very start, i'm sure you can figure it out, that's the only hoops game i take just 1 a night, I'm also a big hockey fan so i do the same with hockey i either come up with 1 play on my own or sometimes i follow a hockey play on here. JUST 1 though. That is how i have slowed myself down, (and actually doing better #'s wise) just 1 a night and then i go crazy with my MMA stuff as you know.

I do of course also love march madness, i tend to go a little mad during that time of year also. LOL

Only thing thats of any relevance this time of year is the NHL stretch run leading up to the playoffs in April....

However this year we get a bonus....mens hockey competition in the Olympics...cant wait for that to start next week....

I agree ... what is worse than now is when College hoops are over with .. then there is absolutely nothing for me to watch until baseball ... and Like you said mavs, BB it is so boring for me to watch after the first month .....

Just can't get into hockey. I've tried. I've even bet on it, and still it's of very little interest to me. Guess it's something you have to grow up with....

I absolutely LOVE MLB. I love MLB Extra Innings with 10-14 games on per night and i LOVE Fantasy Bases too. Being a Red Sox fan, there seems to be a sold out Park and drama every night so maybe that's why.

I understand why it's boring for guys like Spark after a month. His Cubs are usually eliminated right around that time!

I also LOVE March Madness. I take a vacation on Championship week EVERY year. Games on from Noon 'til 2 AM. It is great because the Final is on the 1st Monday in April and BOOM ... Baseball is here right then and there!

Also, Nascar ...... I love that too and there is a big race every weekend. Most here hate it but when you are in Nascar pools, it is MUCH more enjoyable. Guys like Doc and Dimer hated it until they joined the pools and now they seem to really enjoy it a lot more!

NBA Playoffs are fun too!

everytime hockey highlights are on I change the channel...what a waste of airtime IMO...

I love hoops...and this is a great time of the year IMO.

Don't get me wrong...I love football, but there is no letdown when it's over and there are hoops on for me.
