for the 100th time, CHILDRESS DOES NOT CALL PLAYS...Darrel bevell is our offensive coordinator...CHILDRESS had nothing to do with the play calling....They were running so they could get a last second FG...I don't call that dumb play calling

If you really think that Childress doesn't give final approval to play calls in crucial situations your nuts. You think the OC makes the decision whether to go for a fg as opposed to a TD. Playing conservative is what's dumb. Running the ball after your team has fumbled 5 or 6 times is dumb. Running the ball up the middle when your QB has been completing passes all day is dumb. Even if the ball doesn't get intercepted, and they didn't get the penalty, thinking a 50 yard fg is a gimme is dumb. I know Longwell is good but I would have tried to get 7-10 yards closer, and I think you have a better shot at picking up those yards with Farve throwing the ball instead of having your running back going off right tackle. JMO

Greek Im a big farve fan!! and i would of loved to see him play in another superbowl.. but if you want the honest truth it looked like at the end of the game the officials gave every call to the saints!! including a key 4th and inches when im almost positive he didnt get that thomas didnt get that first down, the ball was loose and in my eyes didnt cross the first down mark!! my opionion only (farve fucked himself) and AP and percy didnt help caughin up the ball!!!

The 3 consecutive calls against the Vikes in OT:

1) Hold was not a hold was committed in the 5 yard area where its legal.

2.) The PI was 100 fucking percent an overthrown ball.

3.) That was not a catch how many times have we seen a ball move on the ground and be called incomplete EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

Last I checked, you cant hold period. You can block a guy within 5 yards but NOT hold them.
