i cant figure out how brady could be considered out? the league requires a team to notify the NFL of player status by friday morning......ie probable,questionable, doubtful. this way teams are informed of who is playing and who isnt. Really its done for vegas to keep from getting hosed with inside info on a players health.

There is a report circulating that Brady crashed his Escalade into a tree backing out of the driveway at 2 am this morning, and Gisele broke the back window with a football to get Tom out. Hasn't been confirmed by espn yet though, so not sure how true this report is.
