If somebody needs tires for their vehicle, they can buy retreads for about 1/2 the price. It is a used up/old tire and they just lay a layer of new tread on top of it. It looks good but it can fall apart quickly and they are not the safest thing in the world.

Hence - A used up coach who had his day and probably isn't the safest/smartest choice. The name looks good but the product, not so much.
