Fantasy Football question: SJax or B. Scott?

SJax hasn't practiced all week with a back problem, and as of yesterday seemed very questionable to play (Rams signed a practice squad RB yesterday). He is active today though.

My other option is Bernard Scott, who had a great game last week, and gets to face the 29th ranked run defense in Cleveland today. Ced Benson has been ruled out, so Scott gets the start with Brian Leonard bogarting some carries.

SJax been awesome lately, so he is hard to sit.....even with Boller starting........but a little worried about aggravating the injury and leaving early.

Who do you start?

here is my concern with Scott, we are pretty heavy TD league, and last week Brian Leonard came into the game around the goal line.
