Half the players that Meyer & Stoops recruited to play on their teams cannot even get admitted in ND. No one wants to go to South Bend.

Kelly is not going to do anything with ND either. I don't care what coach they get. The ND hay day is long in the past, and that's where it's going to stay. Overrated bunch of fucks.

You're right bear. They think when someone says: Notre Dame or Golden Dome, the opponent is supposed to run screaming for his mommy.

What I really dont like is that Kelly asked those kids to committ to Cincy and they played their fucking hearts out for him and he picks up and leaves. He is a total douche for doing that IMO

I may be in the minority but i think it is a great hire. Kelly has done well at every stop and left them all in very good shape for the future. He can't have a better season than he had this year at Cincy and he still didn't get the shot at a Title. There isn't much more he can prove at Cincy and i can totally understand why he would want that challenge. He is also in an area where he loves to recruit. I think it will be a nice move for both in the end. I won't expect much in year 1 but in years 2-4, i will.

The 47-year-old Kelly is 34-6 in three seasons at Cincinnati, leading the Bearcats to back-to-back Big East titles and two straight Bowl Championship Series berths. The Bearcats set a school record last season for victories with an 11-3 record, then topped that with a 12-0 mark this season.

Kelly led CINCINNATI to an undefeated season. Please think about that for a second and then realize that regardless of what some may think, Notre Dame and Cincinnati are on totally different levels when it comes to CFB with ND being on the higher level.
