Is this kid a lock for NBA Rookie of the year already or what? If he stays healthy i say YES!!!!!

Wow ... 55 points tonight in his 7th game as a pro. Has a Rookie EVER scored 55 in a game? If so, who?

The kid scored 32 in his last game. He is a freak!!!

He is averaging 25.5 ppg, 5.2 Assists and 4.4 rebounds per game.

    Hand him the Trophy now!

That is awesome, telling the NBA it can wait a year.

I think he skipped College and played 1 year overseas right? And he is doing this already in the NBA?!?!

The kid just turned 20 years old on September 23rd!

Mavs, He didn't have a choice. The NBA wouldn't let him in last year or he would have been there!

I guess that is still pretty good though. Most points scored by a rookie in over 40 years!

Yes and i heard his experience over there was NOT a good one. Very little playing time and not a lot of fun. He did make some cash though.

I read a story on Jenning saying it was horrible playing over seas. The players wouldnt always get paid on time, accomidations just horrible, really opened his eyes and he matured because he had to very quickly. Also was talking about how possibly next year could be a lockout in the NBA and with the economy in bad shape, when he signed his NBA contract, the car he bought was just an everyday nothing special car, cant remember exactly what kind it was want to say maybe a ford focus. Said he is not going to waste his money, and he bought a house nothing crazy in a middle class neighborhood. Seems like the kid has his shit togehter.
