The most FEARLESS Running QB i ever saw in my lifetime was EASILY Randall Cunningham. You can't find another QB (Again in my lifetime) that ran with less fear than Randall. The guy also had the best arm i have ever seen ON THE RUN. He could fire the ball a mile in mid stride. Watch the play against the Giants at the 1:53 minute mark. I remember watching it live and it is still one of the most amazing ever. The guy was an absolute FREAK with his legs. Best ever running imo. I never really saw Tarkenton but i doubt anybody was faster or more fearless with his body than Randall. You want to talk about a TOUGH SOB at QB? Watch Randall run!!!

I had him #2 behind Young as a runner but these guys were in a class by themselves.

I am amazed Randall never broke a leg. Guy had spider legs with mad hops too. Great arm for the deep ball.

        Wayne,

Steve Young ran like a 4.4 40 and has the record for QB 43 rushing Tds. Imagine if he played those early years in the NFL instead of the USFL.

I think he is an excellent commentator on ESPN.

Look at the years he wasted sitting behind Montana.

            Correct,

It is amazing how lucky the 49ers were to have arguably two of the top 5 all timers together like that. Unreal

Doesn't he hold the record for the most concussions for a QB?

I think you are right, Aikman had his bell rung a few too many times.
