  • Question for my fantasy football brothers

Having a real tough time deciding between starting Schaub or Warner tomorrow. Schaub @ Cinci, Warner @ Seattle.

1 pt per 50 yards. 6 pts for TDs, 4 pt bonus for 300 yard game.

For what its worth, my opponent is starting Fitz and Hightower for Zona, and Owen Daniels for Houston. I go back and forth on whether I let this factor in. Do I Start Warner to try and block a big game for Fitz?

No real weather issues for either game.

Very close call, but I'd go with Schaub

I would start Warner. Very close call but what if Fitz goes off.
Am I the longest tenured BC member?

yeah, that was a very slight lean for me, especially b/c I've been the victim of quite a few 2 and 3 TD games from my opponents WRs and RBs. Fitz definitely has the capability of one of those big games.

        Any other thoughts?

          Warner.

Cinci has been good against the pass. Seattle has been pretty much terrible. Warner is IMO the second best start this week after Brady overall.

There have been a couple of "experts" who are suggesting to bench Dre since Cinci's bracket coverage has been soo good against opposing #1's.

BOL whatever you decide to do.

I agree with Poskid, Marvin Lewis finally has them playing defense. Seattle is coming off a shutout against a shitty Jax team, no way they hold down AZ
            NBA is a joke

Bengals rank 23rd in pass defense

True, Seattle does rank much better against the pass, although that is a little skewed b/c of their opponents. Seattle has faced St. Louis, San Fran, and Jax......three teams that seemingly never throw for 200+ yards. They did get torched by the two good QBs they faced in Manning and Cutler, so here is hoping for #3.

I still go back and forth, but I think the tiebreak for me is that my opponent has Fitz and Hightower. Hightower has been doing most of his damage through the air this year, and since I've been crazy unlucky with my opponents players going off, I think I gotta hedge with Warner.

Either way I think you'll be alright, both should put up good numbers

200 and 2 at the half not bad for Schaub

yep, you pegged it, good call. Unfortunately this just sums up my season. If it is possible to make the wrong call, I'll make it. To make things worse, two of the his TDs were to Owen Daniels, who my opponent of course has. Unreal.

I feel so cursed that I honestly feel that if I started Schaub he would have somehow known it, and played poorly. Going into this week I was first in my league in points, and 8th in the standings.
