The catch was made well in the field of play. My point was, the dive was voluntary. IMO, and a lot of other people's the catch could have been made without the dive afterwards.

The main point of the post was, that it's Jeter's flare for the dramatic that leads people to believe he is a great defensive player, when in reality and statistically, he isn't.



Do the math and figure it out yourself tough guy. It's funny, you want to bring up my age time and time again, and you can't even figure out that I'm 22 years old and then do the math accordingly.



It happened 8 years ago, and I watched it. I've seen it a 50 times since then as I'm sure everyone else has. Believe it or not, you can see things after they happen, and it doesn't make them any different than seeing it live. Were you in Oakland that night? No? Then me and you have seen the same thing. But I'm not up to your age requirements to post on this site, so it doesn't really matter.

First off, neither you or frank started the thread and secondly, i commented on how great Jeter was and how i will remember his 2 biggest plays coming on defense (1 vs my team). You come back with some dillusional thoughts on how neither of those great plays were much of anything and i'm starting trouble? You are really lost buddy.
