    What a joke. If they are going to enforce this, they could do it with just about every pitcher except Buehrle!

      They should do it to all batters and pitchers and give the money raised back to the fans for wasting their time watching that BS.

        I dont condone the fine however I fucking hate when pitchers take as long as he does...like hurry the fuck up...but I guess if you are watching a sport as slow and boring as baseball you should come to expect you wont be on the edge of your seat anyway....he is not the only one this slow though...

              As well as most batters. They should prohibit batters from getting out of the box after every pitch. The Garciaparra's are a joke.

                That would be awesome frank if they put a hoops or nfl type of shot or play clock right on the field. No more friggin' 4.5 hour baseball games!

                    Don't they have a 'pitch clock'? It's never enforced but I think the rules state a pitch is supposed to be thrown within XX seconds.

                    I have a difficult time watching baseball. There's too much time between pitches. It's too slow.
