Brady hurts throwing shoulder in Patriots' win
Tom Brady and Jason Campbell put on a regular season show in preseason, combining for 359 yards, six scoring drives and a sore throwing shoulder that isn't the best of news for New England Patriots fans.

He's ok, but be sure that you'll see him on the injury report all year with a bad shoudler!

Whenever Brady decides to retire that will be the end of the Patriots and the rebuilding will begin.

I think every winning team except for the Niners have said that though. Not many teams have Steve Young waiting in the Wings!

What is he 33? And has 1 kid with another on the way. I say he plays 3 maybe 4 more years at the most.

I doubt that, the system is the system, Brady's good but hell even Cassel put up a 10 win season last year.

I'm guessing 3 and praying for 6 more!

Health and Giselle will determine all of that!

What you're forgetting is that team isn't getting any younger. Cassel is no longer there anymore either. The true test for Cassel will be this year.

I'm not impressed with Cassell at all, I think that team struggles to win 6 games with him. I think his success last year was really just him being another, but slightly less effective, product of the system.

I use to feel the same way. Brady is pretty damn good. While Cassel put up 10 wins it was still 6 fewer than Brady from the previous season. Six is a huge number in the NFL.

Agreed. But who's to think the Pats would put up 11 wins after their MVP QB goes down for the year in week ONE. I thought that proved a lot about how solid the system is, and how basically any QB can succeed in it.

But no doubt, Brady is light years better than Cassell.
