            yawn...

What a waste of everyone's time. The guy didnt break any laws and hopefully the coverage of this isnt putting undue stress on his home life. I'm the first to go law and order on athletes when they do something illegal. This is pathetic and over-the-top even for ESPN the "breaking news" capitol of the media.

You don't think him screwing around on his wife and kids is anything?

Or how about the fact he's a know addict of drugs now he's out getting tanked. No drug user should be out drinking as it could only lead to him getting back on drugs.

This guy doesn't realize how good he has it. He's been given how many chances? 2 or 3 now.

And until he does something ILLEGAL it isnt for us to judge him. Do I like that he was out like this? Of course not. It looks terrible. His wife is the one that gets to decide how far she wishes to punish him not us. If people dont like it then they'll stop buying his jersey and he'll take a hit monetarily through sponsorship. Beyond that the story means dick.

The story got printed and shown (which I'm 100% okay with) and now everyone can go back to their pathetic lives panting and waiting for the next celebrity crisis to drop. Personally I'm more interested in baseball getting that 2003 list out. Particularly getting out the exact things these guys were positive for.

Totally agree. Anyone who thinks otherwise doesnt realize that the relapse rate for recovering addicts and alcoholics is through the roof. Luckily I am in a position where I personally have not and things like these are constant reminders to stay on guard. To judge anyone for doing so is rediculous as they dont know what they went through in their lifetime. Also to have millions of dollars and women hanging all over you if wanted can only make things even that more tougher....

You completely contradict yourself. Relapse rate is through the roof yet you think its a waste of time in regards to the article about hamilton. You don't think by Hamilton putting himself in that position he risks a higher chance of relapse?

People Judge others every day and I'm not saying it's right. However, when your a star athlete you need to be able to set an example. And this guy is setting a pretty shitty example.
