Why would NASCAR be out to get Mayfield? What threat does he pose to them? Why was Mayfield taking all these extra drug tests anyway? Wouldn't it be easy to pass the so called drug tests if you knew exactly when you were going to go take them?

After all, they still can't come up with a list for the drivers and banned substances. The 1st thing i would do if i was accused of that and didn't do it would be to get tested somewhere else. The step mother was paid for her statement and Nascar said he failed another test? Why would he go through the whole court process and everything else if he was still using and he KNEW he would be tested again? Why? Nascar continues to fuck with him. When he got the injunction to come back, Nascar told him it was too late to qualify? Are you fucken kidding me? Nascar runs their own rodeo and they hate people stepping on their toes. When Mayfield went above them, it was "On" as far as Nascar was concerned and now they'll do anything IMO to fuck him over good.Comment

The guy just lost everything he had from his endorsements to his career and his name. Wouldn't it make you a little crazy too ... especially if you were innocent?

Guys, If i was doing Meth and failed a drug test, why in the world would i go to a outside lab and have them start testing me every 2 days too? Wouldn't i know the results already from me doing meth? Yes, i think i would and the fact that every test he has had through the non partial lab has come back 100% NEGATIVE of meth HAS TO make you think for a minute.

Because they have never "Lost" to anybody and i think they assumed he would go away. I really think they may have screwed up the 1st test and i think they REALLY GOT PISSED when Mayfield when to the courts to prove them wrong as i said above.Originally posted by vols fan View PostComment

Nascar is relying 100% on a lab test right? They said you failed Jeremy, open and shut case, go away. Maybe the lab made a mistake? Who knows but Nascar has not given Mayfield the time of day during any of this since he failed the test, that's why he had to go elsewhere to be proven innocent. They just keep sitting back and pointing to a paper that says he failed.Comment

And yes, it's easy to pass drug tests when you know you are going to the lab to take them. Nascar has 3 failed samples from 3 random tests. I don't know how Mayfield can argue that.Comment
