  • McNair a hero?

Don't be so quick to make McNair a hero
Steve McNair may have been a leader on the field, but off it he neglected the most important thing in life, Jason Whitlock says.

I think the guy is full of it...yet has a point. Mcnair was a hero to many on and off the field, to many in the world. I think that it is wrong to presume that his children view him in any other way. Now maybe he was messing around maybe there were problems at home... I don't pretend to know.

Where he has a point is that men want the world to be a better place for their kids. Hell I know I work too much. Have only got to take the kids fishing 2 time in the last two years. But they have anything they need, I make it to many of their sports and school functions, and I still get to lay down the law from time to time. But there is a trade off- providing everything they need and giving them almost all the things I never had and spending time with them camping, fishing, vacationing the things I enjoyed as a boy even though I didn't have a Nintendo or brand new bikes or skis I did have time with the family. So to me he has a point that males have time for many things besides family, yet It servers a purpose to make the very family better off in the long run. Make sense?
Although he cost me money a few times MCNair is a hero in my book!

Who the fuck does this guy think he is?

"Until the police wrap up their investigation, I'm only willing to acknowledge four victims — McNair's four sons."

Is he kidding me?? Jason Whitlock will forever be a fucking moron and douchebag.

A man is dead, murdered by an obviously mentally unstable woman and this guy wants to write a column about how basically McNair deserved it. What a fucking tool. He then goes on to judge American parents as a whole.

I watched the news for days about this, people WHO KNEW MCNAIR, talking about what a great man he was, and this guy who I can assure you has never even been in the same room as him, feels it his right to pass judgment.

He says that McNair spent too much time with Kazeemi, and he should have been at home with his boys. Because it's obvious that Whitlock has never made a mistake in his life and is a model of moral excellence. Fuck this guy. Seriously, he says McNair's actions is what's wrong with America, and it's EXACTLY the opposite, this guy's actions are.

He's a greedy sellout who wants to make money by going against the grain in a man's death. If you read this article, and think to yourself while you're reading it, " a man is dead" it makes you sick.

Mavs as usual youre right on point here. Who the hell is this fat fuck to judge if steve mcnair spent enough time with his boys. I mean has he followed mc nair the last 15 years of his kids life to see if he has spent time with them?

He should be ashamed of himself trying to profit off of mcnairs death.

"We're so mentally diseased that we instinctively feel empathy and envy when we see a married father of four liquored up with his near-teenage girlfriend." - Jason Whitlock

Steve McNair was flawed in the same way as most American men.

Too many men think financial success is their primary and most important contribution
to a relationship with their kids, wives and/or girlfriends. - Jason Whitlock

Who is this tool bag? I'm sorry I didn't know Jesus Christ came down in the form of Jason Whitlock to make his final judgements. Yes Jason, we feel empathy when a good man is shot and killed by a crazy bitch. And yes Jason, in AMERICA father's work to provide their children with good things.

"He is flawed in the same way as most American men"?!?!?!?!?

Yeah Jason, we are all a bunch of idiots who don't have morals or a sense of good and bad, and you Jason (Jesus Christ) are the pinnacle of moral superiority. You arrogant prick. I'm an American man, and I am fucking outraged by this statement.

I'll tell you what Jason, I'd rather be the man who cheats on my wife, the man who buys things for his mistress and doesn't see his kids too often, the man being killed by this crazy woman, then ever be like you Jason. It amazes me how awful of a human being some people can be, and how the media furthers their publication.

Has anyone else read this article?!?!?! I'm pissed.
