They have officially said she shot herself in the head with a shotgun? I read about a 9mm pistol being below her. So it doesn't make since. Plus shooting herself in the head with a shotgun wouldn't be easy especially if she had a pistol.

Who said anything about a shotgun? I didn't hear any of that.

most murders by anger are 1 or 2 shots in my opinion any more looks like it could be self defense.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Police say the gun found at the scene where former NFL star Steve McNair died was bought by his girlfriend less than two days before the two were shot to death.

Nashville police spokesman Don Aaron said Monday that 20-year-old Sahel Kazemi bought the semiautomatic handgun Thursday evening from a person he didn't name.

And that's exactly my point. Keeping a piece of tail on the side is a lot cheaper than a multimillion dollar divorce. Not to mention how many wives are aware of their husbands playing around and keep their mouths shut now wanting to lose their gravy train.

Reports i heard have said the wife knew nothing of the girl or the affair. I heard she was spending day and night running their rest. and he was off playing. They said hearing he was dead ... and had a GF at the same time has really devastated the wife. I guess she is pretty messed up because of it all. Too bad really and what a way to find out huh?

It's gotta suck. Not only losing your husband and father of your children but to find out the reasons for his murder. Very sad!

I hear what you are saying Frank, but I'd like to ask Steve McNair if that's how he feels now. He had money. Even if he had to pay out multimillion dollars, he'd still have multimillion dollars. I don't want to come off like I've never done anything wrong before, but if you are cheating, you might be better off with a hooker than having another relationship and treating that person like your spouse.

Tennessee's state medical examiner says investigators have been hesitant to conclude that Steve McNair's girlfriend killed the NFL star and herself because she didn't appear to have a motive. Bruce Levy said Tuesday that murder-suicide is the most likely scenario and it's unlikely the crime scene was staged by a third party. But investigators have been cautious about exploring every possibility. In murder-suicides, friends and family usually have seen problems.
