My whole arguement in that thread was based on stats, go look at it, everything I said was STAT AFTER STAT AFTER STAT. Why? Because I didn't watch Marino play, I know I didn't, I know how old I am. My argument was solely based on stats and I thought that was fairly obvious.

I bumped the Hanson thread as a joke, because you made your own Hanson thread today. I thought it was funny, you took it the other way.

I posted the smiley because you locked the thread after you responded. Did you want me to post the smiley in the other thread wayne? Couldn't you locked it.

During that whole damn argument i kept saying he never did things to win games and you kept saying he never did things to lose them either. Well, they did lose most of them in the postseason and i kept telling you how he never took a team on his back to win. You never said you were not around to follow his career and the games because that would have made all the sense in the world to me why you wouldn't know what i'm talking about. You defended the guy like he was never the problem and for the life of me, i don't know how ANYONE can base that argument on stats. Unless you watched the games, you have no clue ... and i assumed at the time that you watched all the games. If i had known early that you hadn't, i wouldn't have bothered arguing any further at that point. It made a huge difference. Most Non Miami fans that watched his career would tell you how it was always everybody else' fault during games and when they needed that final drive or drives early to keep up, that was where Marino failed. Stats are great but they have never won anyone a title and they certainly didn't help him. That was my point and now knowing you never really followed him, it is much easier for me to see why you had no clue about that.
