yeah we had to play the jays and halladay already, get to play the sox in 2 different series, and not to mention, the yanks...gotta love that IL scheduling...
Playing the Sox is why I hate IL play. Someone made up this fake "rivalry" between the Sox and Braves, because the Braves used to play in Boston. So we have to play a real good team every year. Just not balanced enough, but hey, maybe we sweep in Boston and turn the season around in a hurry.
glad you have the man in that comment! but it really wouldn't surprize me if they got swept....they beat all the top clubs and struggle with the weaker ones.

Really right. I don't understand how someone looks at a system like this, and thinks "yeah, that sounds about right"

i know but it's not like there's another team in the southeast...plus, it's kinda cool to get to see the sox every year...i got tix to see braves/sox next sat and sun...vazquez/wakefield on sat, and hanson/penny on sunday if there are no rainouts to mess up rotations...of course i miss beckett, but i've seen him pitch before...wanted to see lowe pitch, though...
I'd love to see Hanson live. I am going to two games at Turner in August, I would love to see the kid pitch. With my luck, I won't get to see Lowe or Hanson. Should be a thrill either way though. And hopefully they are deep in playoff contention by that point.
