jokes aside,he's done a really good job this year, they are a lay-up missed at the end of game 2,and howard's free throws the other night in game 4,from being up 3-1 on the lakers, they have played great, the lakers experience has just been to much to overcome !!

        I voted Red Auerbach

It may be a little biased but i think Wooden is the greatest college coach because he won 7 straight and 10 in 12 years. Auerbach won 8 straight and 9 in 10 years. Not bad.

All these guys had GREAT players. It is hard to say well Jackson had Jordan and Kobe because Auerbach had guys like Russell and Cousy and Riley had guys like Magic and Kareem. I guess it is just a preference but the untested streak has me going with Red.

Phil. He's had to do it against much tougher competition and with much more parity.

Phil. He's done it with 2 teams.

I think Red was the better COACH
The game has changed so much that, IMO, there is less coaching now and more MANAGING (egos, salaries, agents etc., it's more of a business then a team) and in that category Phil excels.
                      Remember the three R's:
Respect for self; Respect for others; and Responsibility for all your actions.
