I wouldn't say that neither of them has done anything. Kevin Martin scored 25 points a game last year. His third year in a row over 20. Devin Harris is just coming into his own, but he was solid last year. He's not a superstar yet, but he's looking like he should be.

And there's only a handful of PG's better than Devin Harris. Paul, Deron, Nash, Billups, Arenas, who else? Baron Davis?

He is a scorer. There have been a ton of scorers in this league and just because they score, it doesn't make them a "Star".
