He DIDN'T rule it a forward pass on the field Kapt. He reviewed it and said that after CONCLUSIVE video evidence, it was a forward pass. No way in hell that was CONCLUSIVE and the ruling on the field should stand. And HIS RULING on the field was a touchdown!!!!!
