Montreal Canaidens...DIE HARD...since I was like 3 or 4 years old....I remember when they won the Stanley Cup back in 1993...I was like 8 but still remember it vaguely....my house is covered in the most Montreal memorobilia....fuck the Leafs and all their McCabe loving fans.... he is one of the most over-rated defenceman because he scored a bunch of power play goals a few seasons back and has done NOTHING since and all Leaf fans would suck him off if they got the chance......

A few buddies and I back in the day used to get in scraps at bars beefing with GAY leaf fans....most leaf fans are funny looking and have flowing GAY hockey hair and know nothing about hockey in an "unbiased" manner and think everything Leaf is great.....

PS - The reason why I have an "anti-leaf" flag in my avatar is because of my hatred towards them and also they are Montreal's biggest rival.....

Toronto & Ottawa seem to have way more hatred to me down here than Montreal and Toronto do. They have had some nasty games!

That is another one of Montreal's rivals but not as big as Toronto however. I have a buddy who is a HUGE Bruins fan and we go at it every time they play each other....Montreals comeback from being down 3-1 in the first round series to win it in the 7th game in Bosoton about 3 years ago drove him crazy....

See being in the South- no one wants to talk about Atlanta, TB, etc. Well - there is no screaming in space! You Nawthern Puck Dancers would never give the South any room to climb in your polls! Well- when near or in Canada- what other sport do you have going for you but hockey.
Martin St. Louis and Lecalva-liar spells trouble for the rest in the top 15. TB has the chemistry, the talent, and the farm to show depth this year. Coach is enthusiastic and watch TB get off to a blazing start this year.

The thing is that Montreal and Toronto have the biggest ALL-TIME rival but yes over the past 5 years or so the Ottawa vs Toronto games are NEVER missed by me as they always go at it like angry mo fo's......Toronto and Ottawa is also a BIG rivalry throughout the 2000 years....the play each other in the season opener on Wednesday night...

The rivalry stems from both teams being from the province of Ontario - its like the battle of Ontario.....it also stems from their playoffs rounds against each other over recent years aswell.....

Yes Spear I agree and thanks to hear your input!

No team lost fewer games in OT and/or shootouts than Tampa. They were 16-3 in extra time last year. This is because in the OT they pretty much just put out the line of Vincent Lacavalier, Martin St. Louis, and Brad Richards for almost half of the OT period. This line combined for almost HALF of the entire teams offense last season.

Seriously Chado take you stick and puck and go home...Your efforts to convert this forum to hockey followers is like trying to convince the Pope that he should worship Buddha.
