After splitting everything on Tuesday, I bounced back nicely with a 3-1 service play record. I guaranteed at least a 3-1 mark and you got just that. I won with St Louis over Pitt, Philly/ Washington OVER and Detroit over Oakland. I lost with the Yanks and Jays OVER. On Monday, in my free play write-up, I said that Brett Myers who had been shelled so far was due for a big game and that Phils and Rockies would play UNDER the total of 11. Final was 1-0 Phils. Yesterday I said that even though Tim Hudson had a 9.20 ERA heading into that contest he was due for a big game and with Glavine pitching also, the game would stay UNDER the 8.5. Final Score 2-1 Atlanta. I did lose my other free play on Cleveland.

Boston -166 over Tampa Bay: The Sox are rolling right along and look to gain a sweep of the hapless Devil Rays in this one. Here are some trends that really favor the Sox. TB is 17-49 their last 66 on the road vs teams with winning records, 11-40 their last 51 at Boston and 14-38 their last 52 as road dogs of +151 to +200. Boston is 36-16 their last 52 at home, 37-14 their last 51 as a home favorite and 12-5 in Wakefield's last 17 starts in game 3 of a series, plus Tim is 5-0 in his last 5 home starts vs the Rays. Tough numbers to buck, so I won't even try. Go Sox.
