  • Fridays Full card

Our full card week continues. Unfortunately we havent had a good week. I am confident we will turn it around.

    Last night a bad 2-5 -7.7 units
    Week 7-10 -15.2 units

Lets turn it around tonight and have strong weekend and finish up a few units.

    5 unit

Nets +2 5 units... After watching the last game the Nets clearly made a few adjustments that will be hard for the Spurs to handle tonight and maybe back at home too. The switch of Kittles to Parker was huge. Kittles has the speed to keep up with Parker plus size and height advantage. Parker shot 1-12 last game due to Kittles D. This also allowed Kidd to not wear down chasing parker around and concentrate better at both ends of the floor. Down low the Nets were a force and werent pushed around Mutombo Martin and teh rest are showing force down there and will bring it home tonight.

Marlins -120.... Penny takes the mound for the Marlins tonight and has pitched well on the year nad even better his last three with a 1.36 era and a 2.55 era. What really stands out though is the Marlins hitting of late against lefties .371 the last ten and .291 on the road for the year. they get to face a Rookie Tony Mounce (no record). Mounce makes his major league debut after being called up from Triple-A Oklahoma. The 28-year-old left-hander was 7-3 with a 2.55 ERA in 12 minor appearances this season. Mounce, signed as a free agent with the Rangers on May 1, 2000, but missed all of the 2001 season after having Tommy John surgery. Marlins should really take it to Mounce and the rest of there bullpen giving Penny moe than enough room to work with against a dangerous Ranger lineup.

    4 unit
Phillies -160 (hurry this one is rising) ... Millwood is a far superior pitcher than Haynes. Decent price here and will back the better team. The Phillies played a brutal stretch playing the A's, Mariners and Angels. They face a great hitting team but should find things much easier against the Reds pitching.
    A Few trends
The under is 8-2 in Millwood's last 10 starts.
Philadelphia is 6-1 in the last seven meetings.
The under is 5-0-1 in PHI last six on the road.
CIN is 1-7 in Haynes' last eight starts.
Haynes' teams are 2-6 in his last eight starts vs. PHI.
The Reds are 7-3 in their last 10 overall.

    3 units
Rockies -145.. Chacon has been the Rockies Ace so far this year. He had one rough outing verse the Royals at home but had a great performance before that against the Giants. He face a bad team in the Tigers who are only hitting .193 the last ten verse righties. The Tigers look to be without a few moe bats tonight with young sitting and Pena on the DL should have a tough time against Chacon. The Rockies have been better of late on the road hitting .263 the last ten after a .200 avg before that.

2 unit parlays... Very high lines tonight and I dont see much chance for any upsets but to be safe we will throw them in parlays to avoid the uneccesary Juice!
