NFC Championship at Seattle, Washington.
Seattle -3 1/2 against Carolina.
Everyone saw Carolina last on Sunday and have no recollection of the Seahawks even playing their early Saturday game. The Seahawks are one of two teams that has gone through the season with a perfect home record. Do not worry about only 20 points last week versus the Skins, Holmgren did what he needed to do to win and had to change the plan due to Alexander's slight concussion. The Hawks are 7-2 ATS at home, 5-2 ATS versus the NFC South, and 7-3 ATS as a favorite of between 3 1/2 and 9 1/2 points. The Panthers are on their third straight road game in the playoffs, and even worse, Carolina ended on the road so this is actually four straight for them and five out of the past six weeks. They are also very beat up, with several starters missing practice all week and have gametime decision tags on them. Carolina does have nice numbers, but they are now playing the NFL's #1 total offense and #1 scoring offense from the regular season.
