BYU COUGARS VISIT WYOMING COWBOYS AT 6 PM EST IN LARAMIE

Our regular clients of RED ZONE SPORTS, know we painstakingly analyze every angle, stat and trend we can dig up before making our recommendation to our followers. To be quite frank, this line truly tells you something about this game. We have seemingly, two teams headed in opposite directions. The Cougars needing only one win to become bowl eligible, and the Cowboys struggling down the stretch. Please note that we said seemingly headed in different directions, or is that what the oddsmakers would like you to think? Well follow your leaders here at RED ZONE SPORTS, and we'll build a case for why you should take Wyoming to cover.

The Cowboys may be 2-8 SU in the last ten versus the Cougars, but are 8-2 ATS the spread in that same stretch. The visitor is only 4-8 ATS in the last twelve, and this is the first time all year Wyoming is a home dog. Wyoming has lost four straight ATS after winning nine in a row, and this is not only a rivalry game, but the finale for some very important senior players, who want to go out at home with a victory. True BYU may have the offensive edge, demonstrated by the fact they scored 117 points the last two weeks, but the defensive's are similar, even though Wyoming has a far superior secondary (we all know how much BYU wants to air it out), and the best special teams in the Mountain West Conference.

BYU is 13-28 ATS on the road since 1992, and over the last three years are 3-11 ATS after two or more consecutive SU wins. Cougars are 0-4 ATS in their last four trips to Laramie, and Wyoming is 3-1 ATS in home finales the last four years. Listen to your experts at RED ZONE SPORTS, don't get suckered into taking BYU, and grab the Wyoming Cowboys to cover early Saturday evening.
