The Texans looked awful the preseason. David Carr has been sacked more than any quarterback in football over the last three seasons. The offensive line has been switched around throughout training camp, with the right side still in a state of flux. Undersized running back Domanick Davis is fumble prone and has injury problems. The team has yet to develop another receiving threat on the other side of Andre Johnson.
The expectations in Buffalo are very high this season, as well they should.be. Second-year, mobile QB, J.P. Losman replaces Drew Bledsoe. He'll work with RB Willis McGahee, and WR Eric Moulds, to give the Bills the scoring punch that has been missing. Houston could be hard pressed to average the 19 points per game that they did last year, especially against a Bills defense that ranks among the league’s best.
