Why the over? Lets see, the over is 7-1 the last 8 times these teams faced off. The over is 8-2 in Cincinnatis last 10. The over is 4-1 in Houltons last 5 starts. These are just the raw stats. Both these pitchers are in terrible form their last 3 times out. Both have high ERA's and Whips. Add to the mix that this is a day game where the pitchers will be struggling with the heat, and we should have an easy over.
