After a rough start the Carolina Panthers finished up strong last season nearly making the playoffs despite a number of injuries. They are healthy and more than likely they are back. Look for the Cats to Rebound this Season and make a run for the Superbowl if they stay healthy.
The Over Under is 9.5 Wins which is about right. What stands out to me is the +150 on the Over.
