The Angels of the American League West under Manager Mike Scioscia are tied for the lead in their Division with the Rangers at 28-20. They have won two games in a row. Kelvim Escobar gets the nod for the Angels tonight. He went on the 15-day disabled list on May 12 due to a bone spur in his right elbow that caused inflammation. He threw 35 pitches in a simulated game on Wednesday and played long toss the next day, exhibiting no pain. "I feel pretty good,'' Escobar said. "It will be a test for me tomorrow. We'll see how I do.'' The 29-year-old right-hander is 7-2 with a 2.84 ERA against the Royals in 21 career appearances, including seven starts. Escobar yielded seven hits and struck out nine in seven innings in a 3-0 victory on Aug. 6, 2004 in his last start against the Royals.
The Royals under interim Manager Bob Schaefer currently hold the worst record in the Major Leagues at 13-35 out of the American League Central Division. They have lost four games in a row, and are 6-18 on the Road this year. Ryan Jensen takes the mound for the Royals tonight. Jensen was called up from Triple-A Omaha on Sunday and yielded two runs and three hits in five innings in a 9-2 win over St. Louis for his first victory since 2002.

The Bruins have already been beaten at Home by the Bears, and look to play better tonight versus them.
The Golden Bears enter this Conference match up under Head Coach Ben Braun at 12-10 SU, and 10-9 ATS. They have been hard to gauge, but have played well at Home recently. The Bears are coming off of a three game Road Trip, and will need to play hard to run with the Bruins tonight.
