I expect them to be able to hit 40 again as the TCU defense is very mediocre. They have given up 31 PPG this season. Tulane has only given up 21 PPG. Tulane is 7-0 ATS vs. TCU since 1993 and they are 6-1-1 on season finales vs. the number, take the Green Wave here as they lose on a late FG to TCU.
