On the year Brees has been tremendous with 14 touchdowns and only 3 interceptions with a 106.8% passing efficiency rating. The New Orleans defense is absolutely horrible ranked #31 in total defense in the NFL. All 3 of their away games in 2004 have gone over the total. The Saints defense gives up an average of 28.3 PPG on the road. In their last 3 games the Saints defense has given up an average of 452.0 total yards including 335 yards per game in the air. The good news is their offense has put up 62 points in their last 2 games. Aaron Brooks still remains a very good quarterback with 9 touchdowns and only 3 interceptions while throwing for an average of 242 yards per game.. Deuce McAllister of the Saints and Ladlian Tomlinson of the Chargers are two of the more explosive backs in the game. This will be a high scoring and exciting game to watch. Go over 49.0.
