Phoenix Suns at Philadelphia 76ers 7:05 PM ET

    Philadelphia 76ers –2.5 –110 (2 Units)

The Suns throttled Atlanta on Wednesday but it’s too early to tell if Phoenix is going to be that good or if the Hawks will be that bad. The defense helped Phoenix hold Atlanta to 33 percent shooting while the Suns fast break helped them shoot 51 percent. However, Atlanta came into this game winning only one exhibition game, their first one, and starting a whole new team. Atlanta has only one player, Boris Diaw, who was with the Hawks when they beat the Suns in Phoenix last season. There was no chemistry so a rout was inevitable. Phoenix now gets to hop on a plane and travel across the country for game number two. The Sixers return home after a solid 4th quarter effort against the Celtics to pull out the win. With new head coach Jim O’Brien at the helm, there is a new attitude. "This is the game I'm going to be playing all season long," said Allen Iverson, who once again looks capable of getting his team past any opponent. Iverson had five of his six assists in the fourth quarter, sparked the defense and generally created the kind of havoc that is his game at its best. Not much has changed from last season to this with the exception of Derrick Coleman not being around and Glenn Robinson being on the IR. That makes the defense that much better and it showed on Wednesday. The Suns won just 11 games on the road last season, the 7th lowest amount in the NBA.

You can purchase plays at both sites. The costs and information you receive are identical.
