Navy has played very well this season, they are 7-1 with their only loss being to Notre Dame. They haven't played many good teams and they face another bad one here. Tulane has struggled all season and their defense is particular is horrid. The Midshipmen's running attack should have a fantastic day here controlling the clock and scoring TD's as opposed to FG's. Navy is 9-2 ATS vs. Tulane since 1992 and they are 11-3 ATS vs. Conference USA since 1998. Go with Navy here as they beat Tulane by 20 in New Orleans.
