For today's free pick we are going to take St Louis with Jeff Suppan on the mound against Boston and Pedro Martinez. Martinez has not been in his best form the last few games, but he's had a little extra rest since his last start. He was in for a short time, 1 inning, against the Yankees, and gave up 3 hits and 2 runs . Suppan has been throwing good lately, 3 of his last four losses were facing Roger Clemens and the Astros, 2 on the road. If he can slow down the Sox, I think he'll get a little run support. The current line at the Stardust is St Louis - 122.
