Washington Redskins at Cleveland Browns Oct 3 01:00EST
Both Redskins and Browns look to rebound from terrible performances when they meet for the first time in almost thirteen years. Since opening the season with a 20-3 victory over Baltimore, Cleveland has managed only one touchdown while turning the ball over six times in losses to Dallas and the New York Giants. Redskins haven't been much better and come in off it's second horrid performance allowing five sacks and a ton of penalties in a 21-18 loss to Cowboys Monday night. Cleveland can use injuries and a QB that's not adjusting as excuses for its play but Washington ??. Redskins can't be as bad as recent play would suggest, Brunell did seem to bounce back in the second half of Monday's game rallying Redskins as he finished with 325 yards and two TD's. Brunell will find the tossing much easier against a Browns passing defense ranked 25th in the league . Clinton Portis who has been average the last two (81+ yds/game) should return to form against Browns and put up some impressive numbers. In his only career game vs Browns Portis rushed for 139 yards and two TDs. Look for Redskins to get on track and move it's mark to 7-2 against-the-number after playing Dallas and Browns to go 0-6 ATS at home between road games. Good Luck
