CINCINNATI (Wilson) +105 at NY METS (Ginter) -115:
MLB - 7:05PM (EST)
The numbers don’t lie, Paul Wilson is having a career year – allowing 2 runs or less his last 7 consecutive starts, including 2 outings on the road. True he has pitched much better at home, but he has not been hit hard since the beginning of May.
New York’s Matt Ginter hasn’t been too shabby either in his limited action, but he is coming off one his poorer performances against Cleveland.
Look for a tight game here as both teams are playing well – NY wining 4 of their lat 5, while the Reds have won 3 of their last 5. Although it seems like the odds makers are just daring you to take the Reds, it’s hard not to like them with Wilson on the mound. As an underdog Cincinnati is a nice value play on Tuesday night.
Best of luck,
-Drew
