  • Sundays Free Mlb Side Play, Enjoy

Good day everyone, I hope you are all enjoying the weekend. Here is Sundays free MLB side play, enjoy.

    Pittsburgh @ Oakland

The Pittsburgh Pirates are having another season from hell, something that's become the norm in the steel city. The team is only 24-34 this season overall, they are still struggling to even reach the .500 mark on the road where they are now 15-16 to this point. The Pirates will be starting Kip Wells in this matchup, he is just 3-4 on the year with an ever rising 4.51era thus far. Wells has given up 35 runs off of 70 hits, that's a total of 67 innings he's worked to this point. The Pirates are 0-2 his last two starts, Wells gave up 8 runs over 9 innings over that span, he also walked 10 batters over those last two dismal outings.

Oakland is having a winning season in 2004, they are already 36-24 overall, at home they have been near brilliant going 22-10 to this point. Mark Mulder gets the start here for the A's, he's already 7-2 on the y ear with a very impressive 2.93era as well. Mulder has worked 86 innings already giving up just 31 runs along the way and walking a total of just 26 batters all season. Mulder has been AMAZING down this latest stretch, the A's haven't lost a game over his last six straight starts. Mulder has given up just 7 runs over his last five straight games, that includes a total of 37 innings, it also includes 18 innings against Kansas City where Mulder gave up just one measly run. This guy is HOT right now, we'll ride him to the finish line a winner tonight.
    TAKE OAKLAND.
