Insider Edge Sports – Report For Monday, April 19, 2004
We make up for our 1.4 unit loss on Saturday with a profit on Sunday. With that, we finish the week +19.7 units and plan a repeat performance this week. For Monday, we have 2 baseball plays along with an NBA Playoff release. The first game goes off at 11:00 am EST this morning and because of the early start, it is our free service play today. The remaining two games are both tonight to give you ample time to sign up if you *****’t already. As always, the entire card is guaranteed.

New York Yankees (Brown) at Boston Red Sox (Arroyo) 11:05 am EST
NY Yankees (Brown) –1.5 –115 (2 Units)
The Yankees got their first win yesterday of the series and should carry that momentum into today’s early start at Boston. Kevin Brown has been unhittable so far this season and even though all 3 starts have come against Tampa Bay, he should get some good offensive help again today. He has gone 7 innings and allowed only 1 run in each of his 3 starts this season. Clutch hitting was a problem for New York entering Sunday but they came though in the clutch against Derek Lowe. A big win like that can do wonders for a team, especially with one with such a potent lineup that the Yankees possess. Bronson Arroyo will be making his second start of the season and so far his two appearances have been putrid. He allowed 4 runs in 6 innings against Toronto and then came back against Baltimore in relief and allowed 5 runs in 1/3 of an inning. New York has momentum and a much better starter on their side today and should be able to get out of Fenway with a split in this 4-game set.
