Atlanta is 10-2 ATS since 2000 after hitting an Over and then giving 1-2.5 points. Both teams are playing out the string but Atlanta is at least showing the effort, they are averaging 102 PPG past 5. They are giving up 103 but Philly won't come near that as their offense without Iverson and Robinson is sputtering horribly. Take the Hawks as they outrun the Sixers at home and win by 8.
