    Game Notes:
Two teams at opposite ends of the Big 12 conference meet in Austin, as the Texas A&M Aggies face the #11 Texas Longhorns. Texas A&M is still in search of its first conference win of the season. A&M has won just two of its nine road games coming into this contest, and has lost all four league games on the road, and it doesn't appear as if the squad is going to break through tonight against a Texas team that is an impressive 12-1 at home this season. Saturday, the Longhorns had their five-game winning streak snapped at Iowa State, 78-77, dropping them to 8-2 in conference, just a game and a half behind Oklahoma State. The Longhorns, who are 3-0 this season following a loss, bring a 23-game home winning streak against unranked opponents into this match up, and the team has outscored the 13 opponents to come to Austin this season by an average of 23.0 ppg. Texas A&M is the worst defensive team in the Big 12, as teams are lighting up the scoreboard to the tune of almost 77 ppg. Conversely, Texas is the Big 12's top scoring team, averaging a robust 82 ppg on the strength of 38.1 percent shooting from three-point range. The Aggies' struggles are sure to continue as Texas is attempting to keep pace in the race for the Big 12 regular-season title. The Longhorns are virtually unbeatable at home, and have dominated A&M in recent years. Expect nothing less than a comfortable double-digit win for UT tonight.
