HAPPY VALENTINES DAY FROM THE RED ZONE
Those of you who follow the RED ZONE religously know we are not one to shy away from what we call an ugly side. You same people know we love the underdog and that's exactly what we have for you today. The Cougars of BYU are 12-7 SU, 10-8 ATS and have been picked by many to win the Mountain West Conference. We beleive that would be a good selection if the Cougars could play all their games in the friendly confines of Marriott Arena where they are almost unbeatable. Away from home BYU is 2-7 ATS and has not been able to mount any consistent effort in unfamiliar surroundings.
The Wyoming Cowboys on the other hand were picked to finish in the middle of the pack in Mountain West, but are 9-12 SU and a sad 4-14 ATS. Are you thinking RED ZONE your crazy in the head. Don't stop here because we're going to explain our madness. First of all much like BYU, winning at Wyoming is no easy feat, and all of their ****** ATS have come in Laramie. They have a sound backcout, more than sufficient depth and the intangibles of being young and loving their up and coming coach, Steve McClain. To put it bluntly, Cowboys fans and eventually Wyoming players develop a dislike for Brigham Young and it has been festering for some time. Revenge will be a factor in this game since BYU won by "14" at home over a month ago. Call it intuition, call it a hunch, call it whatever you want, your sharps from the RED ZONE say take the Wyoming Cowboys with the points and cover and maybe even win outright Saturday afternoon.
