We got back to winning with a 7-4 weekend on line moves and, but those pesky NFL totals continue to be a problem. Today we have two NBA line moves and a look at college football. Take a minute to review all the betting trends, our free picks and predictions (386-304-10 in 2018) to see what we are thinking today. See you back here tomorrow.
NBA – (507) MINNESOTA at (508) TORONTO* 7:35 ET* FSNO, TSN
With the Raptors 4-0 OVER and the Timberwolves 3-1 OVER, the total has blossomed from 226 to 230. Scoring is way up in the NBA and while three-point shooting has something to do with, the volume of attempts does also. Only two teams take less than 85 shots a game and just a few years ago, this was a max ceiling for attempts. Because Toronto is sounder on defense, we will back the original total and call for an UNDER.

NBA – (517) L.A. LAKERS at (518) PHOENIX* 10:05 ET* TWSN, FSAZ
The Lakers are 0-3 SU & ATS, but they have drawn support in being elevated from -2 to -4.5 at Phoenix. Los Angeles is not playing much defense as opponents have scored 131.7 PPG and the foes they have faced are knocking 15 three's game. Yet, it does not appear the Suns have the firepower or defense to win. My number was the Lakers by 3, but since they are desperate to post a W, I think they will win by six or more.
